I am swimming at a pool without warming up before swimming. Coz I'm a beginner swimmer, i am excited. I challenges my friends to compete swimming back and forth many times. Suddenly, i scream as my right calf muscle stiffen and very painful. The pool guard lifts her immediately from the pool then stretches my right cramped calf muscle...

Tell me, what is this disease?

Muscle Spasm...not a disease!

It's not a disease, it's just a muscle spasms. Warm up before swimming to avoid these kinds of excruciatingly painful spasms.

Cramped muscle is stiffness of muscle.It occurs for various reasons--such as-To do any thing without warming the body properly,Due to vitamin deficiency,due to excessive labour,due to neurological disorders,It occurs mainly due to blood circulation problem.
