I have shin splints so i actually hate to just run unless im playin soccer or basketball... but i do a lot of martial arts like muay thai and jiu jitsu and i want to learn kali in time and i lift weights and such. love working out

Nope. Hate it, actually. I think it's the most mentally unstimulating thing on the entire planet. However, I do like working out in the real world. AKA, going for a jog on trails, going down a REALLY big hill on my bike... but I can't stand those exercise rooms. They remind me of torture chambers. Nobody sane wants to go into a torture chamber. Make what you will.

I just put on my running shoes and Ipod and start running....When I run, I imagine all my fears and anxieties just breezing past me and I feel as if I am running straight through them. It's amazing the way I feel after....I tend to get a little perky throughout the day and it feels like I'm on a natural high.....I recommend running to anyone dealing with stress and anxiety and depression related issues.

I LOVE snowboarding, and LOVE hiking. General exercise??? Not so much, although I do like to walk. I usually feel better when I'm done.

Running much hurts my knee. I love riding horses, but I haven't had a horse to ride in a while. :(

Working out is fun when I'm in shape, I actually look forward to it, but yeah....I'm so not in shape right now and working out just sucks. :)
