I pick Fausto Carmona (lowest ground ball to fly ball ratio in baseball), but what do you all think?

Fausto Carmona...the other guys have good but overrated sinkers. How many of those other guys you listed can throw a 95-mph+ sinker (ridiculous) that drops practically two feet, AND manage to get a 3-1 ground ball ratio (best in the majors)? If I remember correctly Torii Hunter said of it after facing Carmona for the first time, "It was scary. I thought I was hung over." Carmona's sinker dives in on righties, causing their bats to shatter half the time, and even for lefties it can be very difficult to hit.

All the other guys have good sinker. While I think Webb has a good tight sinker, Carmona's is by far the most effective. Wang's is good but not quite like Carmona's.

In short, Fausto Carmona. The end.

Carmona by a long shot. Did you ever hear the comments they make on that pitch? Some other good sinkerballers are Westbrook, Lowe, Wang, and Webb.

The guys with the best sinker both pitch in the NL West, Lowe and Webb but Wang's is a close 3rd.

the secret's letting the ball shuttle, as with every off velocity pitch, in case you swing too quickly you will roll over on it and floor out. sit down decrease back, enable the ball get deep into the zone, and concentration on hitting the ball to the different field.

it's brandon webb. his is by far the best, it has the best combo of bite and velocity. the others are good, but not in his league, webb can throw his sinker all day and still not get hit hard consistently

I pick Wang. He's done it for the past two years. Yankees would not have any consistent starters if not for Wang.
