I have this friend of mine that really loves to improve herself by being sexy her waistline is about 28 inch and she wants to get sexy in less time and money...by the way she is just 16 years old...she think of taking medicine but I said that no..coz it might cause side effect ...

If she believe in herself she would be sexy right now, or it will difficult to her to be sexy. As i saw at millionairematch.com, whatever fat and thin all be attractive.

1] Diet:
eat two servings lean protein, two of low fat dairy, three of whole grain bread/cereal/rice/pasta, three of veggies, and two of fruit daily. Pay attention to portion size - MEASURE!
Avoid all fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food.
Drink 1/2 gallon of water a day.
Take a good multivitamin with minerals every day.
2] Exercise:
Walk/run/cycle/dance/swim etc. for 45 minutes six days a week to lose weight; three days a week to manintain.
Do 3 sets each of 10 reps of pushups, situps, obliques, and crunches, every day.
Any 'pills' you take will only cause rebound weight gain when you stop taking them, and many had very bad side effects.
They also will only cause weight loss, not toning.

do 100 crunches a day, drink lots of vitamin water and eat lots of green fruits and vegetables. cut out all fast food
