I'm not familiar with that ointment, but I'm guessing that the cause of your itching might be due to an infection, like a yeast infection. Chances are that ointment might help the itch temporarily, but it won't kill the fungus that might be causing the itch. So your best bet is to get a gynecological exam to verify the cause of the itch and follow your doctor's advice. It's a bad idea to use anything on genitalia unless it is specifically made for that purpose; they are very sensitive. You could easily make your problem worse...

Probably not. Buy Vagisil or Preperation H wipes. Best bet is to go get a pelvic and vaginal exam done so you can be diagnosed properly and given the appropriate medication.

The exam isn't painful and lasts maybe 5-10 mins if the doctor is thourough. Good luck.

the product is listed as an anti-inflammatory and anti fungal, it also includes the word ointment which implies external use, would try on small area first before major application, don't know about product might want to try search, hope this helps!
