Yes, annabelle p.
For me, its easy to admit that I am wrong.
That is part of being a man. A responsible man. It also builds strength of character.
We can take so much stress off our shoulders if we are able to be honest with ourselves and others. I have great respect for anyone like this.

The moment I realize a mistake, even if it has not (yet) caused pain or discomfort, I move to correct it right away. That way, there is still a chance to abort or lessen the pain and/or the discomfort it could cause.
The longer the mistake stays, the worse the effect will be. Do not kid yourself that the mistake will just go away. It won't.

No. I will simply put the blame on my TV Station, but make that person aware that it was an honest mistake so that the pain goes away. It is convenient to have your own make-believe broadcasting network. Management can always disassociate with the broadcasters with smart disclaimers.

i always own up to a mistake, but not readily. I look for a right and proper timing. if you wait for the rage and emotion to subside, both of you will be able to discuss things calmly

i have learned that no secret cannot be kept forever. the earlier i confess the shorter my agony will be. so most of the time i admit my mistake. in the same way that i would rather have a person admit his/her mistake than having to brood over why (s)he doesn't

Okay Annabelle, I will 'be honest and readily own up to a mistake' - but please tell me first, as to WHAT on earth was this mistake of mine !

Most of the time. I usually will approach the person and apologize. No more reasoning.
