If it's your kid and you have purely good intentions then sure. However, you really aren't allowed to teach other children that kind of thing without the parent's express permission.

Unfortunately, we live in a world where touching another person's child - no matter how innocent the situation is - can be seen in a "creepy" light. Especially when it's a part of the body normally hidden by clothing (like your tummy).

I'm not understanding your question entirely. Why are you wanting to teach a child to examine a tummy? Whose tummy? Yours or the childs? And what are you teaching him/her to check for? Are you the parent?

So many unanswered questions.....
