How appropriate - my b-day was yesterday. I love the b-day cakes from the bakery - you know the kind with the creamy icing & big flowers, etc. The cake I like best is marble. Ice cream cakes with chocolate cake are pretty awesome, too!

I'm with you on this one. A layered cake of fudge ice cream and a layer of pralines and cream ice cream over a chocolate cake. Sounds soooo goood!
