It would be unfortunate to not having sex if someone does have a bf/gf.
But if it has to happen, then o boy! You know yogis of Indian Culture, nuns of some Churches, monks of Buddhism, they pass there lives without any sex. I BELIEVE not all of them might have gone through the situation that they never had the chance to have sex, but they controlled themselves. They got the opportunity but did not do it.
Actually sex is in your brains, you control it there, you are through. You loose it there, you need it after every hour, 24/7.

you mean withOUT having sex???????? I'm confused if you didn't mean this. But a lifetime if you love them and that's the way it has to be. But if they're just saying they don't want sex and you've been together for YEARS....I don't see why you couldn't have sex....you have needs and it's healthy. There's a lot of factors that you didn't share that would need to be accounted for though....
