like now, when someone want be friend with me i wonder to know he honest or not. can i believe stranger?what must i do?

I personnaly think, you should be his/her friend. After all, you are just will be connected via net/e-mails only.
Don't send your personal info untill you feel you need to.
At first, you can be his/or her friend and sharing knowledge and experiances. I think this is not harm rite..afterall, friends
rite...It depending on individual perception looking things,
matters or others..etc...
So, uyou may not need to understand his/her honesty, without
at first knowing them rite. Me too have friends all around the
GLOBE , i communicate with them by establishing a knowledgeable network to expand my knowledge & experiances by learning from their culture, behaviour and life style..and many more other things...
So, in conclusion to your question, there is not a right or wrong answer to your question...its all depending on individual perception to accept & reject friends ...

Im agnostic but i fail to see why this is directed at christians i mean muslims and jews and hindus believe in divine beings as well it seems kind of silly to just ask questions as if their the only ones.

You have to learn to trust your instinct with people. Give everyone a chance and if they ruin it then step back and look. If you don't give people a chance to befriend you, you will have a very lonely and boring life. Be careful and listen to your instince. It will tell you when something isn't right.

If you're comfortable talking to him then start off with a friendly gesture but don't commit too early...
Sometimes you have to be wary of his intention but if your instinct tells you that he's not putting any undue pressure then it's ok...
