Chamelion? Oh please...it could be a wall swift... methinks thou dost assume too much.
Anyway - no. There is no toxicant for lizards.
Best option: Replace your door sweeps. Use steel wool to plug gaps. Check your window screen frames and replace bent ones. Check under your siding or stucco for gaps and seal them with clear caulking. Check your cat or doggie door if you have one and if it's worn, replace it or seal it.
If you block them from getting in, that's control enough.

Depending on their size, and I think you're probably talking about the common chameleon, I think a nice size house cat would do the trick. [grin] Look, they are harmless, they don't bite, they eat spiders, which are a lot uckier than they are, they eat flies, they really should be outdoors where they can survive better than they can indoors, so you really should try to catch them (carefully) and put them outside in a nice bush or plant so they can survive better than they can inside your house. BTW, if you watch them carefully, and they are chameleons, when they are on brown backgrounds, they will turn brown and when they are on green backgrounds, they will turn green! They are truly amazing creatures. I hope you will try to get them outside, though, unharmed. They do benefit our environment.
