What a wonderful question to ask in the 'pets' section.
Nevertheless, here are some sites you could read through for some ideas.

I personally just rub some mayo, garlic and various spices over the outside and bake.

First you have to gut and skin it. You can roast it on a spit over a BBQ grill or in a roasting pan in the oven. You can also quarter it and fry it in a pan. Seasoning is up to you. The only way I can tell the difference between rabbit and chicken is to ask for a wing.

Here, check out the foodnetwork.com website:
http://web.foodnetwork.com/food/web/searchResults?searchString=rabbit&site=food&gosearch=&searchType=Recipe They have 68 rabbit recipes. It is a great site, you can find recipes for pretty much everything there. And all the day long they show cooking shows on TV.
Enjoy!

You break into your ex's house and boil it in a big pot.
Duck season,
rabbit season,
duck season
sorry, I could not resist.
Roast it like a turkey, (or duck)
It can be greasy, you'll need to clean the oven after.
