if you care, its basically figuratively describing adults as just immature kids who need to start to "wake up" or begin to realize what life is really about and gain better judgment and priorities. also about them being products of the system and of their culture, telling them to break out of their cultural practices and values and start questioning everything and hold to what logic dictates instead of living their lives totally oblivious to whats really going on around them
