Depends if I'm listening to The Boss or Prince!
But in all honesty I would probably prefer the 'Vette.

The way I see it, both are in the league of their own... No comparison..
Cadillac by itself is a real head turner.. Add a pink color to it and you definitely have a rare car! How many would have seen a pink Cadillac?? You'll be the main topic of the neighborhood.. And you must respect others views.. Most of my friends are obsessed with performance cars so they will not look into a Cad with a positive view. This car is for the retro old hippie ppl who respect classics.
Corvette on the other hand is an adrenaline pumper.. It's for those who like to race, burn the streets up.. The minute you sit behind the wheel and start the engine, you relish the confident and powerful purr of the engine. The color red is favored by most racers.. So it will be a common sight..
It all comes down to this- If you want to stand apart from the crowd a pink Cad is the way to do it.. You want to show off with speed and performance, corvette is for you..
I am very moody and i like cruising around most of the time.. The Cad would do for me.. But I get these crazy cravings for speed sometimes.. even the corvette will not be able to satisfy my craving (I need my uncle's Ferrari for that) .. So i go with the Pink Cadillac.

Depends on the year.
If the pink Cadi was a 1959, with the big fins and space ship lights, I would drive that any day!!
And as for the Vette. It would have to an old model sting ray. 1960's were great!!
Lil Mike from Monster garage had a killer 1959 pink cadi that was soo awesome! So yeah, I would say either but it has to be those models.
