Does the Dell M1330 have 2x512 mb RAM or 1xGB RAM?

Dell will always sell it in a dual channel configuration, meaning two sticks, so if you get the 1GB option, it will be 2x512MB.

According to Dell that computer can have 4gb of DDR2 RAM. It has two upgradable memory slots. Remove the coer off the bottom and look to see how many modules are installed.

or 1-1gb
