Put yourself forward, and "treat others in the same way" that you would wish to be treated. This has worked very well for me. You may do well to "listen" when others speak. Then YOU can decide in which way you wish to communicate. This is, if you have something to contribute, to the conversation. If not, there will be opportunities wherein you can do just that. Sometimes just a friendly smile will do it for others and for you. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with BENEFITS, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Each day read Psalm 35 (Plead My Cause) - It is a long-winded and worthwhile psalm. It addresses that which is "known" and that which is "unknown." The Lord will hear your sincere requests which you should make before you begin reading Psalm 35. You will be fine. I do wish you well. Peace, Love and God Bless.

As a human being and a woman, you deserve to have a happy fulfilled life. In knowing that, there will be good days and bad. But the easiest way to get out of your slump is to just simply say that you're going to be happy. Throw your worries to the wind because they are going to be there until the day you die. If you're down in the dumps because you''re lonely, it won't last for long. Just saying and believing that I'm going to be happy is all it took for me and I was there. You do the same just say it. Go on....say it....say it right now.......because now is the time. It will feel so good when you say it, great when you believe it, and even better when it starts to become AUTOMATIC.

Get plenty of sleep. Our bodies need rest, and our minds need the escape of dreams.
You don't need to look for happiness. It will flow effortlessly through you when given enough room to move.

Think back to a time in your life when you were the most high. How did you feel waking up in the morning or walking down the street? Write about these in a journal. Next, explore the role that brings you joy. How deeply connected do you feel to yourself?
Write it in your journal.
Begin to pay attention to your senses. What makes them come alive? Every day in Oct. do one small thing that fuels one of your senses. It can be as simple as choosing to wear a certain shirt because you love the way it feels next to your skin, or listening to a song that touches your soul, or eating something that you love, taking the time to fully experiencing every bite.
I know that we all have a choice. We can bitterly stew in our emotions or we can let it go. Come to appreciate your own abundance, we can more readily share and gain through this vast array of force of delight.
And also, practicing sympathetic joy frees us from the pain this illusion brings.

It's a choice. Let me elaborate; you have to make the choice to change the things that you do. I know it sounds like I'm over-simplifying but this is it.

You have to make the choice to do something different. To change your paradigm, meaning, your perspective. See things differently and then take a chance. Try something new. Stop and push away your preconceived notions about whatever it is that you haven't tried before and then try it. Nothing crazy or wrong, just different.

Try changing your routeen and make sure you take some time for yourself each day, whether it be for exercise or just a quiet walk alone. Everyone who wants to grow needs some private time.

Enjoying life is a "state of mind".. If that's what you want then that is what you have to seek.. Focus on the positive aspects of your life..ignore the negatives... Really!!! We all make mistakes but if you let them control you..Look Out!!! What is past, "is past" quit trying to change it...you can't... I hate to be trite but the fact is:::

"don't worry be happy"
