Do you turn off your cellphone before going to sleep at night?
It is true that using electronic alarm clocks (the ones that need to plugged on the wall) are bad for sleeping? Or letting the cellphone on while sleeping is bad because the waves they produce?

I turn it off because I don't want to have my sleep interrupted with text messages and/or calls.

I leave mine on because it is also my alarm clock. I hope there aren't waves being emitted! I have never heard that one before.

No I keep mine on all night. I haven't heard anything about cell phones making...waves... before, but it might affect sleeping. You never know.

no im always make sure that it was always on because nobody knows if someone give you important calls or for emergency cases.. i always charged it but i never left it plugged because it may cause fire when battery is overcharged it may explode so better be careful..
