a very close female friend of mine, who is 10 yrs my elder, married & possibly going 2 go thru a divorce, moved 1000 miles away a month ago. we lost contact during her last couple of months, but had at 1 point a very close relationship as friends. have not heard/spoken 2 her since she left. & found out 2day that she has no interest in talking w/ me & had told a mutual friend of ours that she did not want the friend 2 give me her new phone #. leaving me in a state of thoughts i call a clusterfuck. knowing that she doesn't really want 2 talk w/ me or doesn't want me contacting her. even though all the thoughts, emotions, & feelings i have 4 her r still as strong as they have ever been. How do i go about dealing w/ this? should i live w/ her choice & never speak w/ her & keep everything bottled up basically killing myself from the inside out, OR should i call her & try 2 speak w/ the woman in whom doesn't want 2 speak w/ me? please help, 4 i truly do not know what 2 do.

For some reason she apparently wanted to make a clean break and start all over far, far away. If you are positive you're getting the true story from this mutual friend, then don't contact her in any way. She had broken off being in contact with you for several weeks before she left so even though she treated you badly by not talking to you about her problem (whatever it was), be nicer than she is and leave her alone.

An older woman is ok but not for the kind of affection and love that you think you have for her. (it's just infatuation)
It is actually ridiculous for you to love a ten year older woman.
(she would probably tell you this herself) she just doesn't want to hurt your feelings.
Why don't you take the hint and start going out with girls your age ? (too much older is just as bad as too much younger)
Don't be foolish.
