I have installed sims 2 on my compute many times before and i tried to do it this time and it will get to abou 86% then a window will come up saying
A problem occurred when trying to transfer the file '
H:\TSData\Res\UI\ui.package'
from the media
what does this mean???
what can i do to fiz it???
plz help....

cd may have scratches. clean CD installation.

Sounds like the file is corrupted. I had the same thing happen. Had to reload the whole memory. Take it to a computer repair shop and describe the problem. They can help.

copy all files to your hard drive then install from there

funny you say that, same thing happened to my Sims 2 disc and it pissed me off, i gave up and sold it on eBay.
