do people generally seem to drive the worst on Fridays?

Yeah, I'm sure I'm just as bad. I was just noticing that I had several near-death experiences on the freeway tonight as compared to other nights... Maybe they've already been to a pub or two... ;-p

I was just telling a friend early this evening while driving to dinner (downtown) that the people were driving crazy trying to get home. It's the weekend!

I think some people are anxious to start their weekend. They want their time and the drive is still not their time.

I agree with you. The traffic is heavier so the ratio between intelligent and idiotic drivers is compromised more so than any other day.
