Have you taken a trip across the Sound on a ferry? It's cheap entertainment, and really pretty. There are tons of things around here like botanical gardens, zoos, museums, symphonies, the Seattle Aquarium, and on and on. You can take a bus to the waterfront and see what's going on there. Go to the library and read for a while - if you're not from the area, you can't check out books, but you can sit and read all you want. If you don't mind spending a few bucks, go on one of the bus tours that are available. Drive or take a bus to a hiking area and get outdoors; we have been having at least a LITTLE sunshine the last few days. Come here to Issaquah and see the salmon swimming upstream, as well as the hatchery - bus #554 goes only a few blocks from it. Go to the Ballard Locks and see the boats being locked through - sounds odd, but people love to watch; you can see salmon there too. If you have access to a car, take it across the sound on a ferry, and go see the Hoh rain forest on the Olympic peninsula - there's not another one like it in the U.S. Go to the Pacific ocean - it's a fascinating place in fall and winter (be sure to take a good jacket). If you have a passport, take a ferry up to Vancouver. Drive east, and you'll find the Columbia River, and the Grand Coulee Dam. Even if you don't have a car, there are tons of things you can do just by using the bus system.
It's gray here, but not rainy most of the time. Get out and see the place, instead of staying locked up in a room somplace :-)

There's a lot of things to do for a newcomer that I think are fun (well, for a newcomer more than a regular Seattlite).
If you really love Mexican food (hence your name), there's a couple good places to check out... I love Gordito's over in Greenwood. It's right on 85th and Greenwood and they've got great food at fabulous prices! It's cheap Mexican the way it should be (as opposed to the cheap fast-food version)! Busy like crazy during the work week during lunch time. Agua Verde is over in the U-District near UW on Boat Street all the way at the bottom of the hill on Brooklyn. It's got some great fish tacos with a variety of different fish and the food in general is good!
Unfortuntately, at 19 you can't get into the clubs around here, but if you happen to have your passport, you can head up to Vancouver, BC, where the age-limit is 19 and get into all of the clubs up there! The scene up there is really cool and I actually prefer going out up there, when I get the chance!
Hit up some of the familiar tourist traps such as the Seattle Center (offering the Space Needle which is a must-see, the EMP which isn't, and potentially some festivals [I believe it was the Italian Festival last weekend, although it might have been 2 weeks ago]) and Pike Place Market.
If you're not really here for the "touristy" types of things, there's Gameworks on 7th and Pike downtown with a movie theater right next door. There's Westlake Mall and Pacific Place for shopping on 5th and 7th (& Pine), with Nordstrom in between and Macy's a block up from Westlake. Westlake Mall is also connected to the Seattle Center by the Monorail, if you're happening to want to do both in the same day.
If you have more specific types of ideas of what you're looking for, say those and I can probably think up some things.
Additionally, although it would be a blast for you (if you like football) to catch a Seahawks game at Qwest Field, there's not going to be a game here next week either. We played in San Fran yesterday and we're playing in Pittsburgh next weekend. If you're here after that, though, we're playing the Saints here in Seattle the following week, which should be a great Sunday night game!

Go kayaking through the arboretum! Go to the Huskies stadium parking lot, and walk down towards the water... you can rent a kayak (or a canoe) and then paddle under the bridge and into the arboretum. The Autumn colors are amazing this time of year!

My kin and that i've got been given "caught" in Seattle for 2 weeks. all of us I bumped into turn into very valuable... and this turn into surrounding the airport. each thing looked sparkling and expert. The drivers have been courteous. I had no courtroom situations approximately the place we've been given "caught". wish it enables.

Haha yeah, the rain has been pouring here. Go to a Seahawks game (if they're not sold out).
Nowhere is entertaining alone. If you have an entourage there are so many clubs in Seattle to go to, and so many other things to do.

If you're going to visit here, crab about being bored, and then insult us with phony statistics about suicide rates, then either visit someplace else or go home and be bored there.
