It does me. Whenever a car pulls up next to me on the street with it's million watts of angry teeth jarring WUMP WUMP WUMP I want to get out and rip the idiot out of the car and tear the stereo out of the dashboard!!!!

It doesn't have to be hip hop. Any music that is played too loud irritates me to know end. But I do know what you mean about the car systems. Not only are they to loud but most of them sound like crap.
