Please, if you HATE (American style) football and baseball, your answer doesn't do me or anyone else much good. I realize many people, including my wife, hate some or all sports.

Personally I like baseball better but Im a football fan too. The technical reason for more super bowl watchers is because they say the average american has a short attention span and baseball is more drawn out. But thats what makes it such a great game in my opinion. I mean i dont wanna go to a baseball game and have it end in 1 1/2 hours, Im just starting to get drunk by the 4th inning. Football is a great sport I love it but so is baseball and I dont think you should say football is better cause its really not . I would say they both have an equal appeal.

American football by far is better then baseball..baseball has lost its luster especially with all the scandals that have plunged the league recently..and after the strike baseball lost even more of its popularity as America's favorite pastime. when u look at the big picture...when spring comes no one gets excited for baseball..oh but when fall comes everyone and their grandmother gets all hyped up on football and that includes..COLLEGE FOOTBALL..and even college football is better the baseball..all the rivalries the bands the loyalty to ones school..all the bowl games tha one has to endure during the hoilday season..man oh man what a great time to watch sports at that time..but in summer its just boring baseball ugh well i hope i havent bored u too death i just wanted to get my two cents in good nite

FOOTBALL ALL THE WAY!!! I am a HUGE KC CHIEFS fan!! Baseball is just really boring. I went to a cardinals game and I missed most of it because it all happens so fast and it's scary with those stupid balls flying every which way.lol
