grover. cookie can't count because
monsters only live under the bed, have small
brains and never go to school..

Well if it was a EAT cookie contest then Cookie Monster ALL the way but since its a COUNT Cookie contest Imma have to go w Grover...CM has NO control when it comes to cookies!

I am going to side with furry little Grover on this one. As a former regular watcher of Sesame Street I know for a fact that rather than count those cookies, Cookie is gonna devour them in one or two bites and tell the world there were two cookies. Grover is just a counting machine and has a cool accent. Winner!
