Uniform Franchise Offering Circular?

Is there any laws saying you can't own two different types of franchises? Where could I find out answers?

Doubtful there is a law, but there may be contractural problems. When obtaining a franchise, the main company may have rules pertaining to the operation and other things they feel may be detrimental to that franchise. Read the contract of any franchise(s) you may be interested in obtaining. An attorney would be a good idea to make sure you understand all that "small print".
