Cliff Osmond's class is $250 if you pay before the first class.

Cliff Osmond is very intense, you should be at an intermediate level for his class. Although I think he does have someone there teaching a more beginning type class. He is a truly amazing teacher. I was referred to him by the then casting director of Days of Our Lives, Doris Sabbah. He is good friends with her. He is widely respected amongst casting directors in LA. He has some awesome "special guest" casting people come to his class to see the students perform!

But Theater Doc is right. Being 13 years old, you would be best suited to attend a performing arts school before advancing.

I'll be blunt. You're not going to be a famous actress. The odds are terribly stacked against you. Go get lunch in LA, and you will meet more than one actress/waitress who wants to be the next star. To be honest, your odds are even worse. Now that Sandra Bullock is a star, she can be picky about what she does. An actor who has not made it big takes any and every possible role, hoping to get noticed. If that means singing on a cat food commericial, you do it. Only being in one show is not a good start. A few famous actors make big money, but the rest can't even support themselves with acting. Are you going to be the one in a million who hits it big? Probably not. If you go the medical track, you can make a good living. Even if you can't quite make it into medical school, you can go to PA school or NP school or get your MSN, and you will make a good living.

no, you cant do anything you want to do. You have to meet the qualifications. Why not start in school before you spend a lot of money? If you can get cast in the school plays, you ,may have some ability. Then you can think about a professional class. They are all expensive. LA has a million, but more important, LA has at least two performing arts high schools and it should be your goal to attend one of them. I bet you can find a list on the web or in the yellow pages. Get your folks to help you. Once you have completed performing arts high as an actor, you can be assured that you have at least some ability and can seek a career.

me and you should move in toghether when youre older. haha i wouldnt mind being an actor myself at 15, but hey who in the lost angeles area doesnt?
the acting corps
and elizabeth mestnik acting studio, are the ones ive heard about.
but i would recomend going in the modeling bussiness first, because if youre successfull, its an easy transition from that to acting in movies.
ex. cameron diaz

best of luck, and see you around
