I love to masturbate- especially while I am on my period. Masturbating while on my period helps with the cramps better than Midol and all the other meds can. I don't stick my fingers up into my bloody vagina, but I do like to stimulate the clit. The orgasms are so much more intense while menstrating and the cramps do subside for a while. I see no problem with it, I mean what can possibly happen? ruin the bedding maybe... and I am sure that people do it all the time. I have never seen anyone come into our emergency room for doing that, so I guess that is a good sign that it is ok

masturbation is the safest form of sex there is. And, yes...it's even safe during your period. There are so many silly old wives tales about masturbation, but it's absolutely safe to do it any time.
