I don't have health insurance and I have a damaged siatic nerve (nerve that is in the lower back and extends down the legs) that causes me severe pain to walk. I was wondering around how much would a visit/treatment cost?

Any information you can give go for it.

Thank you for the stretching suggestion but this injury is inhibiting my ability to even walk.

Some chiros offer a free initial visit and even free xrays. You might want to check newspapers, the web, etc. for any specials.

There are also exercises you could do to relieve some of the pain. Very simple stretching type exercises might help.

Here in Okla. (small town), I had treatment for this. Initial visit with x-ray was $120, the $40 a treatment for about 8 visits. I go once a month now for maintenance. I had insurance. You might be able to negotiate if you agree to pay cash as you go.

My chiro charges approximately $50.00 per visit. This is just for spinal manipulation. Any adjunct therapy is extra.
