When i turn the wheel while going over 50 i hear a rattle. If the wheel is straight i hear no rattle. The car pulls a little so even a little to keep it straight i hear a sort of rattle a little shake. If i make a big turn nothing. If i am going below 50 i hear nothing.its a fast rattle and consestant rattle, soon as wheel is straight nothing. Also on passenger side just replaced the tire was rattling before i replaced it,but the tire belts where worn out on the very outside and the very inside to the point they were splitting.Any ideas where to start to troubleshoot will be helpfull.

Front wheel drive? It's your CV joint, check to see if the boot is torn, the grease ran out, dried out the berrings and you're left with a bad joint. It needs replaced.

Turning he wheel, makes it even more definate, right CV joint, if you find a tear in a boot its likely that one (inner vs outter) most likely outter though.

Rattle, no guess, tire wear, under inflated.
