Ok, well my period comes within the last few days of the month. Somehow i have this feeling when the day is. i know that sounds weird and its strange to explain. I get very very bad cramps on the first few days and so i pop some pills and sure enough it comes that night. Do you ever get that feeling? thanks!

yep sure do. but i know when i am goin to get my next one cos i work it out from my first day of the last one. and i am usually either within a day or two around the time i worked it out. and then i get the weird feeling and yep sure enuf there it is i hate em....

Well, Im not sure what your asking, but Im sure some people feel that. I mean, men know when their testoserone or whatever lvl is rising so, yeah I guess. Though i have not had a period before, as i am a man.

i usually get a tiny little bit of lower back pain about 2 days before it. i dont take anything for it because otherwise i would probably forget that i was going to get it...

Not really.
I'm one of the few "lucky" ones who don't get horrible cramps.
...I just feel like throwing up.
