I was not hurt but it was my second time driving in a big city. It makes me feel not so confident with my driving now. Since I am going to have to drive in a big city for 4 more months.

yes its normal feelings.. you might want to talk to a counsler about it..it will help a lot.. it did me years ago.. and now i drive in the biggest of cities with no problems. you just have to over come your fears and you can do it.. dont limit yourself to not doing it at all or it will hold you back in a lot of things.. good luck

Definitely. I had a car accident back when I was fourteen. I'm twenty-one now, and I still think about it a lot. It even affects my driving, due to panic attacks and such. But the reason I may still be so emotional over my car accident is because I broke my back and lacerated my spleen and pancreas, not to mention had my future gymnastics career taken away from me. How serious was your wreck? If you feel like you can't handle all the emotions from your wreck, go to a therapist and just talk it out. Talking on here with other people and getting their opinion is a good first step in getting over it. It's amazing how much better you can feel and how much faster you can get over things by just simply talking to someone. I hope you weren't seriously hurt and I wish you all the best in handling this.

Sure is. Maybe some counseling would do you some good, or even just sitting down with a good friend and vocallizing anything and everything that is still upsetting you. Gtting it off your chest like that can be just what you need.

Yes. If it interferes with your daily life, get some short term counseling.
