Where can i find pearl ex powdered paint in the Philippines? i can only find liquid paints and im having a hard time looking for those powdered colors

Pearl Ex powder is different from Pearl Ex Paints (which I think are new). These metallic powders are often available at craft store and art supply stores, but they're also available online.
By the way, you can make your own metallic paints using Pearl Ex powders by simply putting them into a clear liquid carrier like liquid acrylic finish or nail polish then applying them with a rubber brush or all kinds of other things.
Pearl Ex powders have mica in them, and there are other brands of mica powders too... some have a binder in them as well.
