I've heard a person saying that Naruto is real, and that i have to believe it! more than that, he sais that not only he's a ninja, but that someone else is too, do i have to believe such a thing?

No, Naruto is a fictional comic book character. Ninjas were real but not like you see in the Naruto manga or TV cartoons.

Naruto is not real. I watch the show and get on the computer to see pictures. It is nothing but people dress like him and Gaara & some pictures of the upcoming episodes.
