Belarus is not very much looking to the west, and Russia still has doubts.
Many of the former Soviet Republics that are still under Russian influence are not pro-America.

But it does depend on what you call friends, as many European countries do not want to follow Bush in his war and he said something like all who are not with us are against us.

It depends how you define "friends."

If you mean allies, there are European countries that are not members of NATO, including Finland, Croatia, Serbia, Sweden and Ukraine.

Add: Chechnya is in Russia, not Europe.
