Yes, at the present time I'm overweight and out of shape. I just saw an exercise video that has inspired me; I do not want to get to the point that the woman in the video is at.

There are days when I look and think, yikes, is this as good as it gets? Other days I look and I am disappointed in myself over something I did or didn't do or say and I really don't like to look in the mirror on those days.

I don't look at myself in MIRROR..I just WALK REAL REAL FAST..like speedy Gonzalez..geez..I barely have time to breathe..and let alone think peaceful thoughts..my mind is working nonstop..is like a walmart but a brain..omg..lol..Not ugly but..not stuck up AHoe..

Everyone, at some point in their life, doesnt like the person they see in the mirror.
Whether its just an actual bad day, and disliking your appearance, or a deep psychological issue, that causes you to hate yourself, therefore, your reflection.

I'm really a mees to look @ when I'm sick (like with the flu or really bad allergies @ times)....then i try to avoid mirrors...lol!!
