The Phiilies and mets right now because i kno the phillies would have th gamebreaker or isi t a playoff game?

It depends.

If the Mets and Phillies are tied, and whichever team does not win the division will be the wild card team, then they'll use the head to head record to determine who wins the division.

If they're tied, and the team that does not win the division will be out of the playoffs (in other words, if some other team wins the wild card), then a one game playoff will be played.

A couple of weeks ago MLB flipped a coin and it was determined that if there is a playoff game between the Mets and Phillies it will be in Philadelphia.

There are several different scenarios this year with the NL being so close, including a 4-way tie for the East/West/Wild Card. There's a good article from MLB that lays most of it out as of Friday morning 9/28.

usually if there's a tie for first in division or wildcard there's a one game playoff with the winner going to the playoffs

no, the team who has won the most games when the two played eachother wins. in this case, the phillies :(
