I'm posting this to help people, no other reason. The heaviest thing I lift is a pot with veggies in it! I don't like A's with racial slurs, either.

You probably got whacked by somebody that thought it was strictly an ad when posted in Polls. You should have tried health.

I wouldn't jump at the straps as there is no lower back protection. The fallacy is, the weight is not spread evenly until you are upright and most of the damage is in the picking up from the floor or lowering to the floor. If you haven't made squatting to lift with your leg muscles a habit already, the unit may even cause more damage.

I work in mining so yes,some things are very heavy.
I always look after my back at work,some people choose to wear a back brace all day,very uncomfortable to wear.

get a back brace it retains you back interior the properly suited place so weight is going without delay into your legs and in the journey that your legs are undesirable get a leg brace too that way no longer something gets bent and broken
