now is great, in a few months when home owners are desperate and havent been able to sell and the prices have dropped a little more will be even better.
all this talk about how the market is crashing- makes people scared- but only the ones that have a house to get rid of...as a new buyer - definately jump on the chance!! if you buy in the next few months you might want to offer a little less then asking price- up to 10% less and go from there. because the market will be at least 10% lower by next summer...if you can hold out till then even better, next summer is when some of the best deals will be around.
just make sure you get a deal, and take into consideration for this crashing market dont pay full price!!

No. I would wait 6 more months. Maybe 12. The market hasn't bottomed out quite yet. And there's no rush because once it bottoms out it's going to stay there for a year or two before it goes back up again.

Sure. You can probably get some GREAT deals right now. Many people are desperate to sell before they get foreclosed on, or before their ARMs reset.
