Call or go to a dealer for your car make with the VIN and proof of ownership and they can usually cut a couple of new keys with that info---insurance card will have the VIN number---also on the top of the left side of the dash panel, looking through the windshield--- and show ownership with title or sale paperwork. Cheapest way to go.

are you with AAA or do you have break down recovery on your insurance etc... if you do just call them... Failing that local lock smith .... $80-100 dollars for them to come open your car....
I know other ways but i wouldnt publish here becasue they can be used by not so nice people to steel cars......
