Okay so i go to JRP acting school. I went to audition for Brad Diffley-Mavrick's Artist Agency. And I got a callback. So a couple months after. I attended Ipop! las vegas 2007 and got a callback from him again. So do you think if i came to L.A. he'll be intrested in signing me. And do you think he's intrested in me?He told the callbacks to email him when they'll be in L.A. so he can set up a time to meet.

Your first mistake was believing anything JRP reps told you. You got a callback so that they could get more money from you. Get into some real acting classes and spend your money in a better place. How much have they gotten from you by now, $5000 or more? If that agent is linked with JRP I wouldn't bother with him. There are TONS more in LA who don't take pay-offs for attending those ridiculous shows. I can tell you that he is not a SAG franchised agency. But here's a list to some that are: http://www.sag.org/sagWebApp/application?pageid=AgentInformation&portletid=FranchisedAgentLists&wfevent=validate&target=find_agent&agent_type=franchised

You are better off starting smaller. Start locally. I don't know where you are, but take classes at a more reputable place. It will not cost you anywhere near what you've paid those people. Get into theatre and build your resume. Then try for student and indie films. Look up auditions on backstage.com and actorsaccess.com.

Once you have better training and some real roles on your resume a legitimate agent may take an interest in you and your future career.

good luck

There are no guarantees. My friend Don Stroud grew up in Hawaii and they hired him to do surfing scenes on the show Hawaiian Eye for Troy Donohue. The producer and director told him to look them up if he ever goes to LA. Then when he arrived in LA, they were nowhere to be found. He then worked parking cars and eventually as a manager at the Whiskey-A-Go Go night club until he met Sidney Poitier there and finally became a successful actor. So just go into it without expectations and do the best you can. And be prepared for the long haul.

Optomistically speaking anything is possible if you want it bad enough. One thing you have to be careful of are these agents that charge a fee for representation. If in fact you do move out here it might not be as easy as you may expect. We have some very beautiful women in los angeles and most of them have moved here with the same dream as you. One advice I can give you is be very possitive and also confident; hollywood loves confidence

Of course, go to 'LA', then email him and he will probably want to meet with you.
