I can't remember what it's called exactly - but it has to with the first pregnancy being RH- (?) or along those lines and the mother didn't get an injection for this (could also be if she had a miscarriage and not a full-term baby). I'm not a medical student (just a pregnant woman that reads a lot on the internet - and daughter of an RN) but it has something to do with the actual birth of the baby with a different blood type (mom + baby -) - the mothers body wants to reject the baby. Something along those lines, maybe? I hope that helps you find the answer your looking for. Please post when you do.

What exactly is your question? And you should really do your own homework.

Edit: The kind of "help" you are looking for is called cheating. This isn't research, this is asking someone else the answer to the question. Grow up. You can't learn anything like this.

I'm not completely positive, but I think it would be 1. Lowered hemoglobin levels would indicate a compromised immune system which may increase the chances of getting sick

SOUNDS TO ME THAT THE MOTHER IS CARING THE RH FACTOR.THIS WOULD EXPLAIN THE BABIES LOW HEMOGLOBIN LEVELS. THE MOTHERS BLOOD BEING - AND THE BABIES BEING+ MEANS THAT THEIR BLOOD IS NOT COMPATIBLE.
A SHOT OF RHOGAM SHOULD HELP ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM IF IT'S NOT TO LATE.

GOOD LUCK.
