ntldr missing is a system file that is corrupt. take your xp cd and boot to it then choose repair on the first menu and it will go to a prompt and tell you to choose which windows to log into, type 1 and then type in your administrator password (leave blank if you never made one) and . then it will bring you to c:\windows> type in chkdsk/p this will run the check disk utility adn check and repair system files. then reboot, if it still does the same thing then boot back to the cd and instead of reapair on the first menu choose install windows. hit f8 for the eula and on the second menu choose repair then it will act like it's going through the windows install (will take 45 minutes) and it will actually be upgrading itself and everything you had on there will still be there.
