she did no make you quit
you did that out your own volition
so own up to your end and quit being a victim
hopefully if your husband is smart he'll sue you too
for "alien of affection"
if applicable in your state
your ex may or may not have a case
she indeed might get all those items back
even though they might be deemed as gifts
as she was expecting something from you and her good lawyer could argue fraud on your part ( she will claim she did not know you were married ) and thus the gifts were given on basis of forming a long term mutual sex relationship with the gifts sealing the deal ( bond ) between the 2 of you
after all marriage is a contract, not love, recognized between 2 consenting adults, and even though you partnership may not be legally recognized, her attorney will argue otherwise and most likely win

First .. they are going to look at his earnings and his earnings purposes. despite the fact that if he's not working he would be made to pay something. there's a minimum criminal fee. and each so frequently the lawyer everyday will do a assessment of their case and make appropriate variations at that element no count if his earnings is going up or down, if the two one in all them strikes, if he's taking on a sparkling lady chum, etc, additionally i used to be such as you... a astonishing father could do his superb possible and sacrifice any and each thing for his newborn... bodily, emotionally, and Financially. you may no longer feed a newborn on love by myself and besides you does no longer anticipate any much less to your man or woman! that's no longer the Grandparents duty to finacially help This newborn. You and he will would desire to grow to be close acquaintances with this woman or you will sense sorry approximately it heavily for years yet to come again. The courts won't care approximately His debt merely the shown fact that he has a newborn and needs to make a compelled dedication to her wellness, & wellbeing (no longer basically finacially)! whilst he's ordered to take the counseling type i could propose which you look into one to for you would be spending alot greater time along with his ex.

Who's name is on the condo makes a big difference. She gave this too you and so she is being a witch because she did not get what she wanted. I would contact a lawyer on monday but her position is not very strong.

OK - let's be honest. She bought you with monetary gifts. And you let her. There's a term for that - it's called prostitution and it is illegal.

Give back her stuff and resolve to either decide to call it off with hubby or love him.

Why do you, a married woman, want to keep the things that your female lover gave you. I realize it was stupid of her, but its immoral of you to keep these gifts. Give them all back.

Why would you want to keep everything? I mean, you're not even with her anymore, give it back to her. And she didn't make you quit your job, that's a choice you made yourself.

If your name is on everything.
She isn't really entitled to things.
That's how I think it is.

But if it won't affect your lifestyle to return those things.

I'd do it with out a fuss.
You do have a husband...
