No age given, here. The most obvious answer would be hemorrhoids. These are veins that dilate around your anus, most often because of obesity or just plain sitting too much. When they get irritated, because of spicy food or, again, too much sitting, they can bleed. Preparation H is helpful.
However, if there is actually blood enough to stain the water in the toilet bowel, then there may be a more serious problem, like an anal fissure, or diverticulosis. If you are having large blood clots or staining the toilet water red, I suggest you follow up with your doctor as soon as possible.

If you think it is related to your "toy," stop playing that game!
If it is not toy related, then it depends on how much blood there is and also what it looks like. Dark blood is usually considered serious -- see a doctor immediately.
Bright red blood in small quantity might be caused by too little fiber in your diet making your stools hard. This can cause tiny cracks that bleed. If it's just a red line like a pencil line on the toilet paper, that's probably the cause. Eat more fruits and veggies -- and don't stop this dietary improvement --and also take some metamucil for a couple of days.
A little more blood could be a hemorrhoid, which is a varicose vein in the rectum caused by that same low-fiber diet. Ask your pharmacist to suggest something. If it works, then you have your solution. If it doesn't work in a few days, see your doctor.
Lots of blood -- blood that turns the water pink -- is really bad. Can be caused by cancer or ulcerative colitis. Tell your doctor's receptionist that you can't wait -- you need an appointment within the week!!!
If there looks like a lot of blood but it isn't enough to turn the water pink, then you have to look a little further at your situation. Are you in any pain when you have a BM? Do you have diarrhea, possibly alternating with constipation? Do you feel generally ill? A positive answer to any of these questions puts you back in the situation of needing to see the doctor right away. If the blood is more than a thin smear but the water is not pink AND you have no other symptoms, make an appointment with your doctor as soon as you can, but a delay of a week or two is probably okay. But do see a doctor!
Good luck!

First, stop eating the commercial junk and garbage on the supermarket shelves. Start eating raw whole foods such as apples, fruits, and whole grain cereals that have high fiber content. Stay away from the quackery of conventional medicine, as they are not health or nutrition educated, or even conscious. Seek the advice of an integrative or naturopathic physician, and try to avoid the toxic junk peddled by the criminal pharmaceutical companies. Remember, conventional medicine and the pharmaceutical drug cartel's main interest is MONEY, and certainly not about good health, healing, or nutrition. Also, common sense would prescribe not using your"toy" for at least a month, and watch for signs of healing and improvement. Que le vaya bien!

an anal fissure, or diverticulosis could cause the problem, and will result in enough blood to really colour the water badly. see your doctor.
if its just a small amount on the paper, it could be that you are straining too much because you have a poor diet and insufficient roughage. or haemorrhoids (piles), which are over-dilated veins, again caused by straining due to constipation. or a tear as a result of a sharp object (maybe an undigested nut or piece of shell)
i think that any use of a toy would be unlikely to do damage, as you would stop at the first pain yes?

Normally that is from a tear in the "hole" after a bigger object has gone inside or out of it. If you drink more water and eat less junk food it will help with the constipation part of the stool

If you injured yourself it will probably heal up soon and stop bleeding. Or if you aggravated haemorrhoids or something. But if the bleeding happens a lot or keeps going then google "rectal bleeding" and take yourself off to the doctor.
