just take pills or medicine in the morning like advil or something so you wont have to worry about cramps and telling your teacher. and if theyre really bad one day, just tell ask your teacher to go to the nurse and if she asks why just say you have a headahce or something. she'll probaly let you go if shes nice. good luck ! =]]

I don't know what else to say other than to just tell her. She's a female, too, so she knows how cramps feel so she knows what you're going through and she can help you...if you tell her. No sense in sitting there in agony if someone can help you! Since you're shy, you could wait until you have a little privacy to where others can't overhear your conversation.

Cramp's because of your period?? well if that is the case you need to overcome that shyness ...
just tell her straight up i have really bad cramps can i be excused or something like that ...or don't even tell her you have cramps just tell her you need to be excused its a emergency or something like that! Hope this Helped!

It's my time of the month and I have a hard time with this.
You also need to let your mom know (if she doesn't already) because there are other options out there to keep you from having bad cramps.

If you have cramp before you went to the school. you should let your mom know. She will take care for you before you goes back to school. She'll call your school and you can staying home and rest till you release your cramp.

just be honest and tell her you're having cramps. or just say you're not feeling well and ask her to write a pass for you to go to the office.
