A beaker give approximate volumes, not precise

there are 1 million mL in a cubic meter. The one to use is based on howlarge the item is you need to measure.

Precise shots at a target means that it is reproducable and consistent in the same location. It doesn't mean that it has hit the bulls eye. That would be accurate.
