is there any 7th grade science project without growing crystals or ph levels? help? chemistry type of project?

Growing crystals & pH levels are definitely NOT 7th grade material. Crystals are mostly suited to grades 3-5. SO it's good you are avoiding them.

Do a presentation on the unique properties of water. Things like surface tension, hydrogen bonding, dipole bonding, expanding when frozen, high specific heat, universal solvent, its effect on life, etc.
