I always though that's a over weight lady in a too small cloth. To try desperate to get a man's attention. Mostly it's for people into Hip Hop music

A hoochi mama is a reference to the ladies who used to dance at the old time peep shows usually either partially or totally nude or in an exotic costumes like belly dancers or fan dancers. They were called hoochi dancers. If you have ever seen pictures of them it was the days before 24hr gyms so women had figures and were what is called voluptuous. Its a compliment.

I call anyone that wears revealing clothes a hoochi, no matter what race.

You can be a size 5 and wear clothes to small for you like a size 3 and still look hoochi mamma.

A hoochie isn't necessarily fat. As for your husband...in my book...he gets no a**! If I were you I would work my a** off at the gym and walk around in your sexiest little outfits everynight and give him none!

Actually a hootchi means, in most cultural circles, a person who is visably or emotionally "selling" herself sexually
