its a privilege,there's nothing written anywhere that says they have to let everyone try out for one,its always been a privilege,back when cars first came out you didn't need a drivers license,just enough money to buy a vehicle,and that was it,there's is such a thing now that says any person living in the,united states or that is a resident has the right to hold a drivers license,that wasn't put in to affect until the late 50,s from what i can find,good luck.

Jackie-where in the Constitution would the "Right to Drive" be found? Since a license can be revoked it is not a constitutional guarantee.

Its a privilege and if you screw up to many times the state will revoke it in a heartbeat. As long as you don't get caught doing anything wrong though you shouldn't have to worry about it being revoked or suspended.

Privilege, if you break the law too many times, or sometimes even once, they will take it away from you for a long period of time. Example: Street racing: GONE AT FIRST OFFENSE
