While a Microsoft Certification may show a prospective employer that you have knowledge, nothing will guarantee that you will find or get a good job. There are many factors in finding a good job, and a degree or certification is only one part of it.

Are you a good programmer? If so, you shouldn't need these certifications. If the hiring manager wants you to have them, chances are the company is highly political and sluggish. Few good programmers have these certifications because you can buy the answers, take the tests and make a 100%.

I have hired dozens of programmers in my lifetime. Those with certifications are usually average programmers. They got the certifications because they're trying to compensate for their poor programming skills.

I don't know anything about that degree, but I know that there are very few degrees (or careers) that guarantee good jobs in the US nowadays. Only a few come to mind...like nursing.
